Want to get your foot in the door of the fitness world? This challenge will gently introduce you to the world of fitness and running (either while staying in the comfort of your own home during the quarantine, OR, running outside ONLY if you remember to keep a 6ft. space between you and your neighbor)! Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 60 minutes. This is your chance to get healthy, release some tension and get that adrenaline pumping! All you need are a pair of sneakers, some light exercise cloth and your phone, pre-loaded with your favorite playlist to listen to while you run! Ready to have some indoor / outdoor fun? REMEMBER: If you go outside to wash your hands (when you get home), wear a face mask & don't touch your face while running. Now go get those good endorphins flowing! šš„ā”ļøšāāļøšŖ
